Te Ahumairangi Investment Management Limited ("Te Ahumairangi", "we" or “us”) collect personal information about you for the purposes of undertaking our role as Investment Manager and distributor of the Te Ahumairangi Global Equity Fund ("Global Equity Fund"). We collect this information when you give us your contact information using the Contact tab on this website, when responding to any online and telephone inquiries from you, and when handling any investment applications made by you directly with us. We may also obtain your personal information from FundRock NZ Limited, the issuer and licensed manager of the Global Equity Fund, and from Apex Group NZ and BNP Paribas, both of whom perform certain fund administration functions in respect of the Fund. We may provide your personal information to the above noted firms where they have a legitimate business need for such information in maintaining or administering the Fund. We may also share your information with other service providers to Te Ahumairangi, to regulators or where required by applicable law.

To protect your personal information from unauthorised access and use, we use appropriate security measures including computer safeguards and secured building access. Your personal information is retained in our systems for the period required by law. You have the right to request and obtain a copy of the personal information that we hold, and to request that we correct your personal information.
